Sarah Kate Traynham Shepherd, a native Richmonder, is a member of the award-winning Traynham Shepherd Homes Team. Sarah Kate graduated from St. Gertrude High School and George Mason University, where she competed as a Division 1 swimmer. After college, her career began with the Governor’s Mansion of Virginia before she moved to Chicago for five years (yes, during the Cubs World Series victory!). When Sarah Kate and her young family returned to her hometown in 2018, she worked at Harris Williams until shifting gears from the corporate world to Real Estate sales. Sarah Kate resides in Midlothian with her husband, Will, a Charlottesville native and Randolph Macon/Quinlan School of Business (Loyola Chicago) graduate, their two sons, Liam and Garrett, and their crazy rescue dog, Addison. Sarah Kate is an avid sports fan especially when it involves swimming, the Commanders and the Chicago Cubs. Her positive energy and engaging personality will be obvious assets to any home buying or selling experience!
