Once you’ve been pre-approved, we will start touring properties in your desired area. At the showings, we will be as hands-on or hands-off as you desire - even going as far as checking out the crawlspace.
After finding a property that you would like to move forward with, we will help you curate your best offer with terms and conditions that you are comfortable with. We will draft the offer and once signed, we will present your offer to the listing agent.
Congratulations! Once all parties have agreed to the contract terms and signed - you are officially under contract on your new home.
We’ve made it to closing day! You will review and then sign all of the attorney’s paperwork to take ownership of your new home officially.
After closing with us, you are automatically added into our Client Appreciation program. Throughout the year, we will pop-by with gifts of our appreciation and invite you to client appreciation parties. We are also your source for all housing vendor needs (HVAC, Plumbing, etc) and any home valuation questions.
