About Stephanie Harding

Stephanie brings over 14 years in the Real Estate industry, with experience in leasing/property management, resale, and sales with many custom and production builders in the area. A Richmond native, Stephanie grew up in Powhatan and Midlothian where she graduated from Saint Gertrude High School and went on to attend VCU where she received a degree in Business Marketing. Stephanie has sold everything from townhomes & condos to single family homes, helping buyers and sellers from all points in life with their real estate needs and dreams. Her enthusiastic and personable demeanor along with extensive knowledge of the Richmond and surrounding areas make her an invaluable resource to all her clients. Stephanie is married to her husband Chris, and together they have 3 children under 6 (Kennedy, Lawson & Walker), and their golden retriever, Pennie. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys being outside with her family and spending time at Smith Mountain Lake or on the Chesapeake Bay.
