About Megan Foster

Since getting her real estate license in February 2021, Megan has helped countless families and sold tens of millions of dollars in volume in the Richmond area. Her business is built solely on repeat clients and referrals, a reflection of the service and communication she provides throughout every transaction. She educates her buyers and sellers before they are under contract to minimize stress during the transaction which leads to empowered, happy clients. 

She met her husband, Collin, at VCU and they’ve since settled down in the West End with their dog, Willow. Being in the mortgage world, Collin also has an eye for real estate. Together, they’ve purchased three homes that needed a little TLC, thoughtfully updated each one while living in them, and turned two into rental properties. Their third and current home is still getting plenty of love, with new projects always in the works. Don’t hesitate to ask Megan & Collin for the latest renovation update! 

When she’s not serving her clients, you can find her volunteering with the Junior League of Richmond, getting in a CrossFit workout, enjoying all the festivals Richmond has to offer, or doing some sort of house project with her husband (or ‘supervising’ one).
