As a native of Richmond, Alia had to take a 10 year hiatus in NYC to realize just how much she loves this town and that Richmond will always be home! An artist at heart, with a background in musical theater, she thrives on creativity. She chooses to channel that creativity in helping her clients find their dream home and discover its true potential. Whether it’s new construction or a century old farmhouse, as an agent, she wants her sellers and buyers to see their homes’ best and highest potential.

Alia bases her entire business on honesty, integrity, and warmth. Her goal is that each client feels completely comfortable and taken care of through every step of the transaction. She understands that purchasing and selling real estate are some of the largest transactions most individuals will make in their lifetime and she feels privileged to assist each client.

Alia lives in the Midlothian area with her husband Jimmy and their two beautiful children; James and Tillie. You can catch her starting another DIY project or chasing her kids!
