About Rachel Pleasants

A Richmond native and proud VCU graduate, Rachel brings strong local knowledge, an outgoing personality and a genuine love for connecting with people to the Rock Realty RVA team. Before beginning her real estate career, she spent years in sales and customer service, where she developed the communication, organization and negotiation skills she now uses to guide her clients with confidence.

Rachel’s passion for real estate began while purchasing her own home. She quickly fell in love with the excitement of the search, the strategy behind negotiations and the feeling of finally reaching the closing table. She understands that buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction, and she is committed to making each client feel informed, supported and valued throughout the process.

When she is not helping clients, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two children and cheering on the James River Regiment Marching Band as a proud band mom. Deeply connected to the Richmond community, Rachel would be honored to help you find the place you are proud to call home.
