Katie Humrich is a dedicated real estate professional with a diverse background in business and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Raised in Lexington, VA, Katie attended George Mason University before moving to Charleston, SC, where she embarked on a successful career as a digital transformation consultant. She worked closely with clients throughout the U.S. to understand their business goals and develop tailored solutions, building strong relationships in the corporate world for over a decade.
Katie realized that her true passion lay in helping people make informed, confident decisions about one of their largest investments: real estate. She began her real estate career in Charleston, where she used her skills in problem-solving and communication to guide clients through the home buying and selling process. After meeting her husband, who was born and raised in the West End, Katie returned to Virginia and made Richmond her home.
Her unique experience makes her an invaluable resource for clients seeking to buy, sell, or invest in real estate, providing expert guidance with a personal touch. When Katie is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining at Richmond's amazing restaurants, and spending time outdoors with her husband and golden retriever.
