BJ has called Richmond home for nearly 30 years. Having lived and worked in just about every corner of town, he offers his clients experience-based insight into the city and surrounding counties. With a professional contracting background, BJ can provide expertise to clients about their homes and will often pull from his strong network of relationships to introduce clients to trusted contractors in the area.
His years as a production director built a foundation of leadership skills that BJ uses to patiently advocate for his clients and ensure their success. Clients describe him as relational, trustworthy, and consistent. You can trust that BJ will represent your best interest with integrity throughout each step so that you are as happy with the process as you are with the final result.
BJ and his wife, Cara, live in the West End with their five kids (and young Irish Setter). As you can imagine, there is never a dull moment in the Joyner house. They will often be found spending the weekends being active outside or completing home projects on their personal fixer-upper.
