About Ellen Hewit

Raised in the small town of Farmville, Virginia, Ellen learned the importance of family, home, & community. She ventured to James Madison University and studied geography & anthropology. Ellen strived for adventure, and after graduating, she traveled extensively while volunteering both in the United States and abroad. After exploring multiple countries, she furthered her education with a Master's degree in Education and then worked extensively as a Fine Wine Sales Consultant for Winebow. Ellen spent several years in the NYC area for her husband's career while she focused on raising their two children. Returning to Richmond was her family's dream come true!

 

Being honored as the 2018 Rookie of the Year & representing one of Richmond’s 2020 Top 10 Sales, Ellen is an absolute natural in the real estate market. Ellen has a zest for living and has never met a stranger. Her local connections, hustle, and her desire to understand and fulfill her client's needs make her an all-star agent.

 

Ellen is a founding member of the LivWEL Foundation, which supports children that have experienced tragedy to ensure they live a well-balanced and healthy life. She is a member of Saint Mary's Episcopal Church, where she serves on the Children's Vestry. In her free time, she enjoys farmer's markets, music, exercise, and anything outdoors.
