About Lily Poff

Lily is a Richmond-based Realtor known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to serving her clients with integrity. Raised in Roanoke, Virginia, Lily began her collegiate career at Liberty University, where she competed at the Division I level as a soccer player, before transferring to Christopher Newport University. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, a background that allows her to clearly guide clients through each step of the real estate process.

Motivated by both personal and professional goals, Lily relocated to Richmond to pursue a career in real estate, where she is dedicated to creating a seamless and informed experience for buyers and sellers before, during, and after each transaction. She values building lasting relationships and works diligently to ensure her clients feel confident and supported from the first conversation through closing and beyond.

Lily resides in Richmond’s West End with her family and her Chocolate Lab, Bogey. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time on the water at Smith Mountain Lake, wake surfing with her parents and two sisters, and making the most of time with family and friends.
