About Fielding Quarles

Fielding has a unique viewpoint of the market with knowledge of the Residential, Commercial and Industrial sectors of real estate. He has participated in residential single family new construction/resale transactions, construction of condos, commercial leasing of a 29-building portfolio and large-scale industrial land purchases/sales. The drive behind it all is to help the city he loves become home to so many others. His approach is to help individuals identify their needs and execute a plan that accomplishes their goals. The process is successful through clear communication and transparency.

 

After growing up outside Memphis, TN, Fielding chose to continue the family tradition of attending the Virginia Military Institute in pursuit of a degree in Economics & Business. With his family from the Richmond/Petersburg area, he always enjoyed visiting the River City during the holidays, which made the move to Richmond after graduating more of a coming home than starting a new endeavor.

 

The outdoors is a huge part of Fielding’s life, he can be found out on the golf course, in the dove field/duck blind to traveling the world. If staying local you might see him running in the annual Ukrop’s & Dominion 10k to being a part of the Petersburg Family YMCA, Urban Land Institute, and VMI Club of Richmond Boards.
