Brittany proudly serves the Richmond area after relocating from Northern Virginia in 2011. Having built her life in and around Richmond, she brings both a fresh perspective and a deep appreciation for the community she now calls home. Brittanyunderstands that buying a first home can feel overwhelming, especially for anxious or unsure buyers, and she’s passionate about making the process feel clear, supportive, and approachable every step of the way.

Her previous experience in staging, and residential design adds valuable insight and creativity to the home-buying experience. When she’s not working at Providence Hill, you’ll likely find her spending time with her beloved golden retriever Buddy, or her husband Ian. Brittany’s goal is simple: to help people feel confident, informed, and genuinely excited about finding a place to call home.
