Andria was raised in Richmond, Virginia. After finishing graduate school in New York and spending time living across the country — she ultimately felt called back to Richmond to lay roots and build a life for her family in the city that has always felt like home.

She has held roles in marketing and project coordination within large organizations, but it was during the renovation of her first home in her mid-twenties that she discovered her true passion. That experience sparked what would become a successful real estate career built on strategy, creativity, and a deep understanding of both local markets and construction.

In addition to representing clients, Andria is also a real estate investor and short-term rental property manager, giving her a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on value, performance, and long-term potential. Her work is deeply informed by a passion for design trends, high-end real estate, and thoughtful details that elevate both lifestyle and return.

Andria lives in the Richmond area with her husband, two daughters, and their golden retriever, George. When she’s not working with clients, you can find her enjoying a great cup of coffee, exploring local neighborhoods with her family, or keeping up with what’s new and noteworthy around the city.
